An NPO funded performing arts festival in Birmingham, BE FESTIVAL (Birmingham European) turns the notion of conventional theatre upside down. It crosses borders, creative disciplines and blurs the boundary between audience and artist.

Over two years we re-shaped and delivered the marketing strategy for a wonderful annual festival of European performing arts and their corresponding UK tours. We oversaw two sold out festivals and led an exciting young person's performance and debate  about Brexit which was broadcast on BBC Radio 4 and BBC World Service.

Involved in funding and development, we co-managed a successful crowdfunding campaign for a youth theatre initiative and twice programmed the music stage for the festival.

We are now consultants for the festival and write the festival programme and input creatively into print and digital content.
