Martin Morales is a Peruvian chef, author and entrepreneur who runs Ceviche Family, the home of 6 award winning restaurants and a bakery, Tiger's Milk Records and an art gallery

Since the opening of Martin Morales' first restaurant Ceviche in London's Soho district back in 2012, we've stood side by side with entrepreneur, chef, author and speaker Martin collaborating, developing and managing an array of exciting food, cultural and marketing projects that take pride and place in his Ceviche Family, aligning with his Peruvian restaurant and food business.

Ceviche Family now boasts 6 award winning restaurants, a bakery, a record label, an art gallery and has championed unique and daring events in the UK and round the world since its inception.

In 2017 Martin was awarded the GQ Food & Drink Innovator Award and his BBC Radio 4 podcast 'Martin's Peruvian Roadtrip'  won the 2018 Best Radio Documentary at New York's International Radio Awards. The debut recipe book 'Ceviche' won the Sunday Times Food Book of the Year and the design was awarded by the D&AD Award for Best Book Design.

Our proud achievements, led by Duncan Ballantyne, include the creation and management of the record label Tiger's Milk uniquely embedding music and cultural content with restaurants, food and drink whilst simultaneously becoming a bespoke creative force with an international reputation.

We produced and toured an 'edible theatre show', produced promotional videos and podcasts, organised international talks and events, co-curated seasonal programmes and exhibitions, developed instore music playlists and organised brand partnerships to power and increase reach of our work.
