As a media relations and PR company, Ballantyne Communications know your privacy is very important to you and that it is your right to control your personal information. We know that providing personal, work and contact details is an act of trust and we take that trust seriously. We know, because we feel exactly the same about our privacy. We have reviewed all our practices, taken legal advice and audited our systems complying with GDPR regulations. All the personal information we hold are related to individuals and organizations within the media industry and we solicit emails, social media and telephone communications on the grounds of ‘legitimate interest‘ as laid out in the ICO’s guidelines.

We supply UK and international radio & TV network producers and presenters, newspaper and magazine editors, journalists, researchers and DJs a mix of visual, video and audio content that they then use that content to enhance their work output.

We include unsubscribe and preference review options on all our email marketing as standard, and our network peers are free to update or remove their information from specific lists or entire database at any time via these methods or direct via email. If you choose to remain subscribed, your email address will remain within MailChimp’s database for as long as we continue to use MailChimp for B2B email communication.
