J.P. Bimeni is a Burundian singer whose debut album was chosen as BBC 6Music's 'Album of the Year' in 2018. In 9 months he has released various tracks and videos leading to wide stream media and industry attention across the UK and Europe
We prepared J.P. Bimeni and his label for the debut release of 'Free Me' which, by the end of 2018, was BBC 6Musc 'Album of the year' and has featured across major print, radio an online media outlets in the UK, France and Germany. Working closely with the artist, we creatively developed a campaign with the 'visual' and the 'soul survivor story' centre to the strategy commissioning photographers, writers and international PR companies as well as booking venues and finally activating all UK PR. We played a key consultancy role for both artist and label Tucxone advising on matters concerning retail, distribution, live performance and identity/marketing.
